Now Hiring - Sales and Leasing Consultant in Cocoa, FL

Boniface Hiers CDJR in Cocoa is currently looking for qualified Sales and Leasing Consultants. Experience not required but preferred.

Minimum requirements: VALID Florida Driver's license High School Diploma (or equivalent) Ability to pass a drug test.

The position requires someone with skills such as being self driven, detail oriented, multitasker, effective verbal and written communication and an understanding of basic math. Preferred candidates should carry themselves in a professional manner, have a professional experience, appear neat, clean and well groomed. Candidates must be able to treat customers with respect and make the car buying experience enjoyable. Candidates should understand the hours may vary and weekend work is required. All Sales and Leasing Consultants will be paid bi-weekly on a commission based pay / bonus pay system. Pay is commission based per sold vehicle with bonuses and special pay incentives throughout the month.
